Meet The Mills Huddle Masters

2017 has been a great year for Mills as we continue to focus on organization and communication. Our successes for 2017 have been to successfully roll out a more efficient program for customer communication and follow up, standardizing internal procedures for the entire Mills portfolio, and the latest – improving associate communication within Mills.

The Daily Huddle – Mills has teamed up with Petra Coach, who is helping us define our goals and achieve them with a fun, unique approach. Our Daily Huddles provide us the opportunity to communicate with each other daily to ensure our priorities are assigned and accomplished and our questions are asked and answered.

Meet the Mills team members who stepped up to the plate to take on the role of Huddle Master of the Daily Huddles. We are thankful for this amazing group of people for their team spirit and their dedication to helping make Mills a great place to live and work!
