Our Mills October Associate Spotlight winner is Tom Horton! Tom has been with Mills since March 2014 and was recently promoted from Groundskeeper to Maintenance Tech II at our Waterford communities in Manchester, MO!

Some of Tom’s favorite things include: Italian food, Nascar, dogs, and the Grateful Dead. He is also a techy and loves anything with a remote control. However, what Tom loves most is being a father to his two children, Jackson and Alyssa, and spending time with his family.

Thanks for everything you do, Tom – you are much appreciated!

Waterford Manors Now Accepts Pets

As of January 1, 2012, our gorgeous Waterford Manors community, located in the rolling hills of Manchester, accepts pets…and not just for assistive purposes. They offer spacious apartment homes with stunning hillside views, wood burning fireplaces, climate controlled storage rooms, fabulous amenities…and now your furry friends can indulge in luxury living as well. Cats and dogs of all sizes are permitted, although certain breed restrictions apply.
