Mills Properties recently expanded its management portfolio to include Cherry Hills in Edwardsville Illinois and Oxford Apartments in Maplewood Missouri!   

Cherry Hills has 350 total units in Illinois, spread over five sites, four in Edwardsville and one in Alton.  The properties feature very spacious townhomes, garages, two pools, and expansive greenscaping.   

Oxford Apartments consists of 94 apartment homes with one and two bedroom styles.  The property location is conveniently sandwiched in the Maplewood/Webster Groves area right down the street from Dogtown.
