Each year Mills Properties asks associates to nominate fellow co-workers for the coveted Mills Spirit Awards! Spirit Awards are given to associates who go above and beyond everyday to take care of our customers and exemplify our 5 Core Values in their work and attitude! The Spirit Award Winners are a shining example of our 5 Core Values of: Motivation, Integrity, Leadership, Learning, and Service!
This year, our awards were delivered to each associate with a Cardinals goodie bag including a Box Seat Ticket to the Cardinal Game on Thursday, April 9th at 12:40 versus the Pittsburg Pirates! In addition, their photos will be displayed at the corporate office on our Spirit Award Wall!
