LOUIS, MO—October 20, 2009: St. Louis based Mills Properties is growing again in a big way!  The apartment management company recently assumed management of three North St. Louis County communities including Oak Park Apartments, Parc Chalet Apartments, and Versailles Apartments.  In addition, Hafner Court Apartments in University City and 3949 Lindell located in the Central West End.  This new portfolio addition will add nearly 1200 apartment homes to the 8000+ in the St. Louis area currently managed by Mills Properties.  We are excited to welcome all of our new team members and residents!
