Thanks to the hard work of all of our teams here at Mills, we were rewarded with a day at the tracks. The Daily Huddles, besides helping Mills become a more organized and driven company, are a way to communicate with each other and get in tune with what is going on individually day-to-day. It seems we also learn a little more about each other and grow more connected as a team. To celebrate the great impact this has had, it seemed only natural to host a team adventure, a Mills-company Huddle, to celebrate us growing and connecting as a company.

Thank you to all of our huddle masters who volunteered to lead your teams and helped make this event a success. Thank you to everyone who came out and we hope you enjoyed Horse Hooky Tuesday. Keep up the great work and let’s do this again next year!
