Mills Properties finalized details today to take ownership of the Celtic Crossing development located minutes from the Page Extension (Hwy 364) off of Highway 94 in St. Peters. Celtic Crossing was originally developed as a condo project. Mills Properties along with Niebur Development and ARCO Construction broke ground today on the long anticipated $22 million expansion of this project into market rate apartments.

The 24 existing apartments on the property include two and three bedroom units. New construction will add additional one, two, and three bedroom units to the community. When fully complete, Celtic Crossing will feature 168 market rate apartment homes, a modern and fully accessorized clubhouse, a resort style pool, community gazebos with stainless steel grills, and a fully equipped dog park.

Each apartment will include wood look flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchens will feature energy efficient black Whirlpool appliances, shaker cabinets, stainless steel sinks, and granite counter tops. All plumbing and light fixtures will be energy efficient, packaged in a modern look. Each home will also include a full-sized washer and dryer.

The clubhouse will feature a fitness center including treadmills, ellipticals, universal gym, and two televisions. It will also include a social space for community events as well as a leasing/business office.

The resort style pool will be surrounded by lush landscaping and will feature an outdoor gas fire pit and outdoor television. Community gazebos are open air structures available for residents to use anytime they want to get together with friends and family. Each gazebo will include a grill, table, and chairs.

The dog park will feature a grassy area surrounded by gravel along with a water spigot, water bowl, and seating area for owners. There will also be an obstacle course and the park will be accessible 24/7.
