It’s official. Today, Tuesday, December 3rd, Mills Properties celebrated the groundbreaking of our new luxury apartment community in the Central West End. While the name of the apartment community has not yet been finalized, we can tell you that it will offer 177 apartment homes and over 450 garage spaces – 125 of those dedicated to retail. It is located at the corner of Euclid and West Pine and will be joined by a Whole Foods Market located on the ground floor. Find out more information on the new community here.

Groundbreaking ceremony guests included Mayor Slay as well as the wonderful S.M. Wilson Construction team. As Bruce Mills stated back in 2012 in a St. Louis Post Dispatch interview “We’ve been working on this for quite a while. I will get excited the day the shovels start moving dirt.” Well that time has arrived, and we couldn’t be happier. Mayor Slay also showed his excitement, stating that this new project will revitalize the area and bring several temporary and permanent jobs to the area.
