In continuing our efforts to celebrate the great work that our Mills associates do every day, we want to congratulate our October Associate Spotlight winner, Scot Bushnell from Pavilion Apartments!  Scot joined the maintenance team at Pavilion in July 2010 and has been nothing short of awesome ever since.

Scot was nominated by Maggie Ratner, the Pavilion Property Manager, for the exceptional quality of service he provides to everyone at the Pavilion Community.  Most recently, Scot rose above all expectations during the transition period between Maintenance Supervisors at his property.

“Scot’s attention to detail was highlighted in the way he prepared for the move-ins and work orders during the transition at Pavilion. There were 43 move-ins during this time and inspections that had to move forward.  Scot stepped up and did not skip a beat with the work load and city inspections to ensure that all of the move-ins happened!  The maintenance team also completed 398 work orders. Scot definitely demonstrated his leadership ability and helped to facilitate the team through the transition between supervisors to be less stressful.  Scot has gained the respect of the rest of the maintenance team and is often called after hours with questions or concerns from other teammates.  Scot is hard working, loyal, and demonstrates a positive attitude toward customer service.  He is definitely a valuable asset for The Pavilion and for Mills Properties.” 

As a result of his hard work, Scot has been promoted to Assistant Maintenance Supervisor and will continue to play an integral part of the Pavilion Team.
