Congratulations to our June 2015 Associate Spotlight winner, Mary Korte, from Brookside Apartments!

Recently, Mary accepted a new challenge as the Property Manager at Brookside Apartments in Carbondale, IL.  While this transition required complete relocation of her family, she has embraced the challenge head on!

Mary has increased the pre-leasing numbers by 14% in just 30 days; she has completely reintroduced Brookside Apartments into the Carbondale community through her extensive marketing ideas and initiatives. She has also re-designed the team’s efforts to maximize marketing coverage within the city and with SIU. The Brookside associates are excited and brimming with new ideas, thoughts, and purpose. While previous leasing initiatives averaged 8.4 leases per month, Mary helped her team achieve 29 leases in the first 30 days of being on the property!
