Mills hired an amazing group of associates in May. Thank you to everyone who sent in referrals and to our awesome talent specialist, Andrea, for helping in our endeavor to provide Relentless Focus On Talent (#RFT). We’re excited for everyone to meet the new members of the Mills Team. If you see them out and about at a manager meeting, leasing workshop, SLAA seminar, or anywhere else, please give them a warm welcome and introduce yourself.

Here’s a little more about our May new hires.

Marte Pratt joins the Brookside team as the new Assistant Manager. Marte is a workout fanatic with a passion for writing, underground hip hop and blues. He loves retro games, tennis, and tacos! Check out his blog at scribingaction.svbtle.com.

Michael Ottwell joined The Pavilion team as a maintenance technician. Mike enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren and spending time outdoors barbecuing and fishing. He recently bought a new house so congratulations are in order for that as well. We’re excited to have Mike join the team!

Dokkyn Heenan joined the Heather Ridge team as a maintenance technician. He enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, and Chinese food. He lives in Columbia with his girlfriend and their husky.

Charles Stevens joined the Oaks on Bonhomme team as a groundskeeper. Charles has a daughter and enjoys spending time with her outside of work and doing kid-friendly activities. Charles is a positive person who always has a smile on his face. We’re glad to have him on the team!

Augustine Brooks and Benjamin Rutledge joined the Bennington Heights team this month. Augustine as a groundskeeper and Benjamin as a summer pool attendant. When Augustine is not enhancing our community, he enjoys working out and playing the guitar. When the pool season is over, Ben will be returning to his studies. He is a student at Missouri State majoring in Global Studies and minoring in Diversity Studies.

Kristin Creighton joined the Victorian Village team as the assistant manager to Melissa Jensen. Kristin enjoys spending time with her family when she is not working. In fact, she recently got back from a family trip to Vegas. She is also engaged to be married in May 2017. As a former aesthetician, she enjoys doing facials and waxing as a hobby.

We’re also excited to welcome Tamara Novotny-Snow, Nicholas Bowens, and Evan Brydels to Mills. Tamara joined the Boulders at Katy Trail team as a leasing consultant in the beginning of May. She will help Jaime continue to lease up those apartments. Nicholas joined Donna at one of our newest constructions, Traditions at Mid Rivers in Cottleville, and Evan joined our accounting team as an intern.
