Move into one of Mills beautiful apartment homes by January 1, 2010 and if you experience a loss of employment, you may break your lease.

Mills Properties, Inc. understands that times are uncertain and job security is a fear held by many St. Louisans.  In order to make potential residents more comfortable when leasing, Mills Properties, Inc. is offering a Loss of Employment Pledge.  This pledge will allow our residents who experience job loss, the option to break their lease with only 60 days notice and experience no additional financial penalties.
