Mills Properties was recently awarded the management of two new communities!  Mills has experienced significant growth in third party management business adding nearly 3,000 units over the last year.  The two newest additions include:

·Villas at Crystal Lake, a 216-unit, new construction community located in Swansea Illinois at 3810 North Illinois, 62226.

·Zaz Apartments, an 80-unit, recently renovated community owned by Montgomery Bank, located in Maplewood Missouri at 7569 Ellis Avenue, 63143.
