Congratulations to the former Lofts at the Highlands team for earning our May 2015 Spotlight Award! Mills took over management of the community in 2014 and within one year of managing the asset, raised the occupancy from 81% to 99% and reduced all concessions.

In May, the owners of the property (Legacy Partners) decided to manage all eleven of their properties nationwide in house. On our final day managing the community, the Legacy representatives told Mills management that Steve and his team had done the most professional job of all the management companies they had been working with. They indicated that the property was well organized, well cared for, had terrific curb appeal, and best of all – the entire Mills team was professional and gracious during the transition process.
