It’s a new year, and with it brings many new opportunities to showcase our awesome associates! But before we begin to ring in a new year of spotlights, we have one left for 2014. Our December 2014 On-Site Spotlight winner is Donna Sandheinrich from Celtic Crossing and Traditions Apartments!

Donna has been a loyal member of the Mills family for over 11 years and continues to impress us every day. Senior Regional Manager, Scott Boone, nominated Donna because she is someone that Mills can always count on when we take on management of a new property – most recently, she was instrumental in assisting with the transition of The Hawthorne in the Central West End. The Hawthorne presented many unique challenges, but Donna remained positive and handled everything that came her way with professionalism and grace. In addition, there have been many times that Mills has asked Donna to juggle management of more than one property – certainly no easy feat, but Donna has a talent for handling these situations and getting properties running the way they should. Donna always has a great sense of humor and a smile on her face.

When she’s not running multiple properties and leasing her way through the St. Louis area, Donna loves snow skiing, boating, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have been married for 30 years and they are the proud parents of Andrew and Dr. Ryan Sandheinrich. And for Donna, March cannot come soon enough – she is expecting her first grandchild!

We are so very lucky to have Donna on our team and could not think of a better person to close out our 2014 On-Site Spotlight Awards. Thank you for everything you do, Donna! Game On 2015
