The St. Louis Apartment Association‘s 2nd annual Maintenance Mania Challenge took place on Thursday, November 7th. This year’s event was presented by HD Supply and hosted by Paragon Certified Restoration.

Some fantastic Mills maintenance technicians, supervisors, and a great team of cheerleaders attended this year’s event for the first time, competing alongside Banner Management, Fairview Management, and GEM. They competed in a variety of events including: water heater installation, Fluidmaster Duo Flush Toilet Conversion, Frigidaire Ice Maker Installation,  Kidde Fire & Carbon Monoxide Safety Installation, Kwikset Key Control Deadbolt Test, Ceiling Fan Installations, and of course the Derby Car races.

In addition, Mills hosted a little contest of our own to award the winners of the Mills team. Congratulations to the winners for overall Best Times for Mills Properties:
