As 2016 draws near, the team at Mills Properties looks forward to continuing our goal of award-winning service and exceptional growth, both in the culture of our company and in the number of properties managed and owned. In order to achieve this and to make Mills the best place to live and work, we have created a team that will help organize and carry out our initiatives with absolute efficiency.

This council has been created to help maintain strong policies and procedures so that the Mills team as a whole can focus on the areas in which we excel. By finding people with a passion for service, providing proper training, and focusing on collaboration and communication, there is no doubt that we will continue to grow and have the ability to provide more opportunities for our associates, residents and the community in the future.

There were just over 25 people who raised their hand to be a part of the inaugural council. The leadership team comprised of: S/RMs, Pat Longo, Melissa Decicco, Michelle Dean, and Carin Kohlmeier labored through two rounds of discussions before arriving at consensus. It was a vibrant and fruitful discussion to be sure. The end result is a diverse group of 10 associates from all areas of the company who are committed to progress and excellence. We truly believe that this council will be the difference that makes a difference in the coming years.
