Our April 2015 Associate Spotlight honors a team who has gone above and beyond by helping out another property during a time of transition with their maintenance team.

Bickett Whitener (Maintenance Supervisor), Jim Savkovich (Maintenance Technician) and Phil Gile (Groundskeeper) of Bonhomme Village were nominated by Jenn Robinson, Regional Manager. Jenn says in her nomination: “This team truly knows what it means to be a team player and what going above and beyond means.”

Bickett and Jim have been helping out at Pear Tree in the absence of a maintenance team there; they have even taken call for over a month! Phil has also assisted numerous other properties and always does it with a smile on his face. The residents at Bonhomme Village take pride in their community and truly love the sense of community that is provided by the team.

It is truly an inspiration to have associates like these working for Mills. Bickett, Jim, and Phil – you are all truly exceptional and greatly appreciated.
