For our March Spotlight, we changed things up a bit – this month, we’re recognizing an entire team for their exceptional performance and participation in rolling out our new WIPS program!

Property Manager Leslie Payne and her team were nominated by Carin Kohlmeier, Controller and Jonette Mathews, Accounting Software Manager. Here’s what they had to say about what the Windsor Team accomplished:

Leslie – Just a note to thank you and your team for your diligence in getting the WIPS program implemented at Windsor.  I am happy and very impressed to be able to tell you that last night, in addition to the two test payments your site made, we received rent payments from two of your residents for April!  One of the payments was from a future resident!  The commitment your team has shown to this process is commendable and very appreciated by our entire team.

Without everyone’s hard work, this accomplishment would not have happened so quickly. Many thanks and congratulations to Leslie, Ciera, Samantha, Allen, Mark and Jeff.
