Welcome To Mills: June 2016

Mills is changing and improving several features of our company this year, one being our Relentless Focus On Talent. Along with improving policies and adding training, we also hired an amazing new recruiter, Andrea Jozic. Along with her amazing recruiting skills, Andrea heads up our weekly new hire training. One feature of this is getting to know our team, and this “getting to know you” is something we want to share with our whole team. With that said, meet our new June 2016 hires. We’re so happy to have you all on board!

Emily S. joins the Park Val team as a pool attendant for the summer season. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling. One such adventure was when she was in the Rose Parade, the New Year’s Celebration parade that takes place before the Rose Bowl each year in California. We’re excited to have Emily join the Mills team and look forward to hearing more about her traveling adventures.

Damon F. has joined the Kirkwood Bluffs maintenance team. Damon enjoys fishing and cooking and making people laugh. If you’ve seen any of our photos or videos, then you know Mills loves being goofy and creating some laughs so Damon will fit right in!

Reginald F. joined the Oak Park maintenance team. Reginald is also a DJ and he plays guitar! He also enjoys playing pool in his free time. Playing guitar seems to be a theme with Mills associates. Maybe we should have a showcase!

Kenya B. has joined one of our 2 downtown communities, Courtyards at Cityside. Kenya enjoys learning about stock trading in her free time and she also spends time with her family and children, and is active in her church community outside of work.

Evan G. has joined our Courtyard team in Columbia, MO as groundskeeper. Evan is a video game connoisseur and interestingly, has met the 1st female president of Ireland. If you see him around, you’ll have to ask him more about that.

John G. joined the maintenance team at Heatherton. He enjoys the outdoors with float trips and dirt bike riding being on his list of favorite things to do. John has several talents, one of which is playing guitar and the other is moonwalking! When you see John out and about, you’ll have to ask to see him in action.

Mary W. has joined the Bennington Heights team this month as a clubhouse attendant. Mary is another lover of traveling. Mary has traveled to 40 states in the US and to 7 countries. She enjoys traveling with her son. If you’re looking for some travel tips, we bet Mary would have some great ones!

Dalton E. will be helping out at our Courtyards at Cityside pool for the summer season. When Dalton is not keeping our pools safe and clean, he enjoys working out and trying out new restaurants. Harry Potter fans – Dalton once dyed his hair white and was mistaken for the Slytherin house wizard, Draco Malfoy. Can you see it?
